The Beatles – Guitars in The End

This video takes an excerpt from the book Here, There, and Everywhere: My Life Recording the Music of The Beatles by Geoff Emerick. Emerick was the lead recording engineer for numerous Beatles albums. This excerpt tells an inspiring and not well known story that took place during the recording of the track “The End” from the album Abbey Road.
The audio starts off with a sound byte from “Revolution 1” off The White Album. This is in the video because the voice saying, “take two,” is that of Geoff Emerick.
Then the audio goes to the end of “Carry That Weight” from Abbey Road which leads into “The End”
