  1. I have never followed baseball however I do recall one particular game I went to with my father back on April 8, 1974 where I was in the stands with 74,000 of my closest friends to watch hammerin’ Hank knock his 715th ball out of the park.

My dad was an investment banker for a large Atlanta bank and apparently Hank Aaron was one of his customers. A few weeks after that game he surprised me with a photo of myself and my dad at the stadium from that day, with the message “in memory of 715” signed by Hank Aaron.

As said I don’t think I could even name 5 baseball players without checking google , I pay zero attention to the game but I will always treasure that game and mourn the loss of a truly great man that inspired so many.
