  1. Interesting how you continue to try and guilt the rest of us about those stupid, useless and counterproductive masks. Kinda sad, really, that you fail to recognize that mandates, requirements, etc. are not about protection. They are about control; it’s a pity that you’ve bought into the narrative. Otherwise, I really enjoy your blog.

    • Au contraire, mon amie. Masks ARE smart, useful and productive in controlling the spread of COVID-19. They are simple science and logic. They are no more about control than any other restriction for public health and safety, such as seat belts, “no shirt, no shoes, no service”, no smoking, open bottle laws, etc., etc., etc.

      • Let us agree to disagree my friend. Unless you are going to mandate the 95 mask (and even those are suspect)–something totally unConstitutional–a face covering does virtually nothing to stop the spread. Speaking of the ‘spread’, do you find it interesting that the media is now discussing “cases” instead of “fatalities”? And on that note: how is it that the CDC has admitted to inflating numbers of fatalities, to the point that of the approximately 200,000 reported covid deaths, only 6% were actually FROM covid? That brings the true fatality to about 12,000 in a country of 330 million. Doesn’t even qualify as an epidemic, never mind a pandemic. An honest look at this will reveal Covid 19 to be the greatest hoax ever foisted upon mankind.

          • Ha-ha. That’s pretty funny, considering the “science” has changed almost weekly. Take a look at the stats, genius, and then come back with your snark. But try to do better than that; it’s embarrassing.

Really? What advantage would medical professionals who recommend them (and, incidentally, commonly wear them throughout their entire work day) hope to gain from such “control”?

First, you have zero credibility when you pronounce such a public safety measure to be “unConstitutional”. As I replied previously, we have many restrictions on our behavior codified into law.
Second, medical science, including the CDC (which our current president-with-a-small-p has tried to muzzle) has confirmed that this disease spreads through aerosol contamination. Thus, my wearing a mask protects YOU from possibly contracting the virus from me. You’re welcome.
              3. Quote from Paulie: “media is now discussing “cases” instead of “fatalities”
What media do you see? Both cases and fatalities are reported daily on every major network and in most newspapers every day. Even Faux TV has it posted on their website. You could look it up, but I’ll provide it for you since you don’t seem to do research very well.
              Today’s toll @ 4:14 PM Cdt:
              US cases 6,882,969
              US deaths 200,477
              Source: WHO, CDC, ECDC, NHC
I could go on. There is enough drivel in your posts for pages more of rebuttal, but it won’t do any good. I’m done. It’s wearying to try to educate idiots.
