  1. What I see is a legislative branch totally out of control, but people do not have any control over it at the ballot box. Taxation without representation all over again.

    What then do you do? The congresspeople of both parties in all 50 states have overstepped their boundaries and unlawfully dipped their laws and hands into the federal coffers for decades. There are no term limits, these politicians have no incentive to leave and no consequences of staying, and each voter can only control a portion of representatives from one of those 50 states. There is no way to control who gets in there and what they do once they are in.

    At least with the executive branch every person who is eligible can have a vote. I don’t see how congress can be fixed at the ballot box.
