Australian Smoke Blob

Smoke and aerosols from the Australian fires marching east. NASA says the smoke blob, which has caused air quality issues in New Zealand and South America, will make at least one full circuit across the globe before returning to Australian skies.

  1. Yes, they probably mean before it dissipates.
    Here in New Zealand we had beautiful but sad sunsets, beautiful in colour, sad because of the beautiful lives lost, all in unbelievable pain and terror, worse than you can imagine unless you have been burnt alive.
    And the feint smell of woodsmoke.
    I’m a well built, 1.84m (over 6 feets) man, but I cried.
