Did he really think that he could elude the helicopter and the dog?
That poor dog lost 6 of its teeth on that incident. They don’t know if he smashed in to some concrete trying to take down the guy, or that bastard hurt the dog. Anyhow, that dog is out of service, perhaps permanently now.
Also, that POS in the video. Tried to kill a cop the day before. Was on parole out of prison. Just a lovely piece of trash.
