It looks like St. Pancras Rail station in London to me. There are a couple of pianos in there that the public can play. That is the station where the Eurotrain terminates from France.
Not to be confused with the St. Pancreas organ.
I’ve never been to London. It was definitely an airport in the States. Come to think of it, the one I saw was by the food court.
