Thank you for this. I have a friend who is having a problem with seizures, so needs to be in a wheelchair WAY more than she likes. Hopefully this will cheer her up about it a bit.
My late dad, who was himself disabled, spent most of his younger years in a wheelchair. He had to have prosthetic legs below the knees, however, he never referred to himself as disabled, only “differently enabled”.
People need to understand that when they whine and whinge that something is impossible, that nothing truly is, when you have the will and determination of these men and women from this video!! Walking is a basic feat that most people manage to achieve, these people leave that in the shade by doing the tricks and skills shown above…
