  1. The source of the graph (truthfacts.com) is a joke site, i.e. all of their graphs are meant to be funny. I hope whoever published the graph is aware of this.

    • While I cannot confirm this, I believe it may come from a real headline about declining teen pregnancy rates, particularly while looking at 18 and over; It’s badly worded, but I think it’s supposed to reflect the trend as girls exit adolescence into adulthood. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately), the copy writer and/or editor didn’t catch the obvious semantic blunder and thus yet another weak meme is born.
