  1. Freeze dried or vacuum dessicated shrimp is actually quite common. You can find big bags of them in most Chinese, Japanese, and Korean grocery stores.

    Add them to soup stock for extra flavor just like a boullion cube. You also grind them up into a powder and add them to stir fry just like people add onion powder to sour cream to make onion dip.
