Sugar is sugar, all this recipe is foods high in sugar,Fructose in this case,which cane sugar is.
Those bananas are loaded with sugar anyway. Just because you don’t add it, doesn’t mean it’s not there!
All it says is “No sugar added”.
Just happened to have 3 ripe bananas, so I gave this a whirl. Came out chewier than I expected, baked for 15 minutes. They taste like they may be good for you. Read the fine print on the applesauce, it has high fructose corn syrup in it. Just can’t get away from that stuff.
Bet those oats make it real crunchy.
