The US Federal Reserve just announced that its redesigned $100 bills will go into circulation on October 8. The rollout, originally planned for 2010, was delayed by production issues with the blue ribbon that’s threaded through the note.

In advance of the issuance of the new bills, you can mail all of your old beat up, worn out bills to me and I’ll make sure that you get some of the first new Franklins…Really.
I am super glad that as our economy is still mostly crap, the dollar is meaning less and less each day, and both left and right seem indistinguishable we can be allowed newer pretty looking money!!!
That’s pretty?? Naw, we have the ugliest notes in the world. Try Googling currencies of Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Switzerland, Hong Kong….
nice one of those will almost fill my tank up
Why waste the time and money to design new notes? Harder to forge? Sure. But since we don’t recall the old ones, you just forge the old ones.
Printing More Money, yep
