NO! this will not work that protractor will melt at 120°
120° Centigrade, maybe.. but not 120°F.
I usually bake cakes at around 350 …seems to work ok, at least it all stays in the pan! I can always jam a couple of match books under the oven feet if I need perfection!
The Pineapple upside down cakes are kinda tricky.
