I’m sure the Oreo copies didn’t come out the same year, or one of the board of directors making thier own copies of the cookie while the original was still being developed. Eric Schmidt of Google was on the board of directors of Apple while they were developing the iPhone and then left shortly before Google released Android. How come none of you whiners (not you Jonco) face that fact.
I didn’t know Apple was suing Samsung over a basic shape because Eric Schmidt of Google was on Apple’s board. Thanks for that, now I know.
Hydrox is several years older than Oreo.
You don’t see Hydrox around much anymore…. or at least I don’t.

Well that explains why I hadn’t seen them in a while. We used to sell them in our convenience store for years and years.
You really can’t sue because the sandwich cookie has been around a long time.
Oreo doesn’t need to sue. No other creme filled sandwick cookie can compare.
Not even true… From last year.

At present, I am working for Nabisco. I have no point, just thankful to have a job finally…
Well I didn’t know THAT!! First, congratulations! I was wondering. We should get together – I’ll bring the milk…
