  1. They cut off the beginning of this! I peel tomatoes this way when I can them. The important part is how long you boil them -NOT until they are cooked and hot enough to burn you! Just about 60 seconds should do it.

    And even that much would mean it would take longer than peeling them with a peeler.

  2. Why would you ever peel a potato? I love potato skins in my mashed potatoes. Besides, I’ve heard that is where the vitamins are.
