The Wrecking Crew – The musicians behind many great hits
Trivia Tidbit: The word “bonfire” comes from the contraction of bone fire, when the Celts used to burn animal bones to ward off evil spirits. There will be no burning of animal bones at tonight’s event, and I can’t make any guarantees about warding off evil either. Thanks Kay W
A staple of people who eat disgusting food, is Hakari, or rotten shark. It is found in Iceland, where the stuff smells so bad that it can’t legally be stored anywhere near homes.
The one on The Wrecking Crew reminds me of an article I read on Tony Burrows. Maybe a lot of the older folks or those in the UK already else knew about this guy but I never knew about him until recently. I had tried to find all 3 of his performances from the one episode of Top of the Pops on youtube but I think maybe only 2 are there.
