Have you ever noticed that he never looks straight at the camera? Always and only left and right,left and right…So he must have two Teleprompters there 🙂
No, it seems to me that he’s looking right at the camera when he’s making an address from the Oval Office. That’s probably because he uses a teleprompter attached to the camera just like the news anchor do on television.
There’s humor in this because of the line about him being speechless. Every president uses teleprompters. Just like most major speakers use notes.
