This be three-time Mayoral Candidate Leslie Cochran of Austin, TX. I’ve never seen him wearing so much clothing, as he’s usually dressed in a tight leotard or less. He’s probably even more famous here than Willie Nelson. SEE HIS WIKIPEDIA ARTICLE, he’s a really neat guy.
