I’m off to Kansas City today for a first communion for my great-niece Abby. I don’t think I’ll have much time to blog while away. I have a few thing set up to auto-post while I’m gone. I’ll return Sunday afternoon.
For some reason I’m getting way behind in my email. I have about 200 unread emails and that was before this trip. I’ll probably have 300 by the time I get home. I’m going to do my best to whittle that number down to a manageable size when I return.
Have a great weekend everybody!

Perfect day for it, the weather is beautiful here!
If I knew you were coming I would have been grilling some steaks!
It’s gorgeous here too. Been doing spring cleaning, painting and more yardwork but it’s just a perfect day. Steak, hmmmmm…
Beautiful day in Memphis, TN. My husband & I are going to be heading downtown for the Beale Street Music Festival!!! Perfect weather for an outdoor music festival!! DRINKING BEER, GREAT MUSIC, and GREAT FOOD is my agenda for today.
Didn’t sleep much last night. I have a long day ahead of me too. Bridal shower and bachelorette party. Hope this coffee helps!
long bike ride but it would be nice
Have fun, Jonco! BTW, Your Cardinals are giving my Braves a hard time!
I’m thinkin about Bill’s steaks…
I’m not braggin’ but my steaks are pretty dang good! I can’t eat steak at most restaurants anymore, they are more like shoe leather! I wish we still had a Morton’s here in KC. MMMmmm
I think Richard and I agree on the Rib-eye steak. I love mine charcoaled on the outside and medium rare on the inside. Now THAT is a perfect steak! IMHO Yummers.
Hope you and your hubby had a nice day, Krystal. It’s been years since I’ve gone to a concert of any type. I better work on that. 🙂
OK, I won’t send you an email this weekend.
I spent most of the day selling pork steaks at my son’s scout troop’s bbq. This was after I attempted to mow the lawn and got my riding mower stuck in a precarious situation. (It’s out and noone injured!) So all is good.
I have heard folks from the Midwest refer to “pork steaks”, but I’m not sure what they are. Is a pork steak the same thing as a pork chop, or is it a piece of pork loin?
Richard, did you not eat any of them at the BABBQ? There was a platter of them there.
I HAVE BEEN A BUSY GIRL. 😀 WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Jonco, and if I woulda known you’d be in Kansas City, I’d taken you around and let all the ladies show you some love. Here, let me show you a pic of one I “met”. (Yeah, that’s me in the pic)
Hey Sander…could ya move back a little?…little more…little more…keep going…
DJ, there are more pics of her that I took on that website. Heck, check out all the pics of me and chicks on all the galleries. LOL. My life sucks.
Yeah, what a burden. Tough work. I don’t know how you do it. I get tired just looking. And looking.
